Vegan Semolina Dough



  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Stir with a fork until it crumbles
  3. Form a ball and knead until elastic. This takes 10-15mins.
  4. Form the dough a flat disk cover with cling wrap, and rest in fridge for 30 mins.
  5. The dough is now ready to be used!
