Vegan Semolina Dough
- 280 g semolina flour
- 130 g warm water
- 15 g salt
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Stir with a fork until it crumbles
- Form a ball and knead until elastic. This takes 10-15mins.
- Form the dough a flat disk cover with cling wrap, and rest in fridge for 30 mins.
- The dough is now ready to be used!
